The snow has cleared out and life is starting to settle down again. I took today and tomorrow off, so I should be able to run a few times this week. Easy three miles, 8 minute pace, at the Y this morning. 24:14.

Over in Seattle for the day, and my brother and I went out to the Burke-Gilman Trail. Haven't run there in awhile. It was cloudy and drizzling, we went out a little more than two miles and turned back, ran to the market and bought soup and walked home. Pretty easy pace, Timm doesn't get many miles in way up on the tundra. 35:25

Back in Bremerton, my brother's friend Emily from Alaska is staying here so she and I went out for a mid-morning run. Decent temperature, in the low 40s and cloudy. She's a pretty fast runner, sub-40 10k, so the pace was good. We kept just above 7/min most of the way. Two bridges route, then down to Bachmann Park and home. 38:12
