11th-Shore Drive morning run, I'm lucky enough to live down here where the snow isn't sticking and its a decent day. It's supposed to get a little warmer this week, that'll be nice. All that gravel shoveling on Saturday aggravated my left hamstring, it was tender when I went to bed last night and painful at the start of the run. It didn't slow me down or bother my stride much, but it hurts when I stretch. A few days of easy running and less shoveling will help, I hope. Different hamstring than was hurt last month, so I'm not worried about anything chronic. 36:14

Is that hammy still bugging you?

The thing from a few weeks ago is fine, this is the other one. No big deal, I just stressed it doing yard work on Saturday and it's a little sore.
